Goals. They are scary things when they feel unachievable. Sometimes it seems easier to not have goals at all. After all, you can't fail a goal you never set. But goals are important and beneficial for your mental and physical well-being. Here's why you should have goals year round--- and not those half-hearted New Years goals either:

1. Accomplishing goals makes you happier

It's just really satisfying to cross something off of your to-do list. And science agrees! Studies have shown that accomplishing goals gives people a small rush of serotonin. In other words, completing goals literally makes you happier.

2. Goals make you focus on what really matters

If you, like me, have about a million things to do and zero time to do it, goals can help you prioritize on the things that you truly need to get done. It's amazing how much quicker things happen when you have a tasklist--- and with that free time you can go out and get more things done!

3. Goals help you get better...now

How many times have you said you were going to change your diet or sleep schedule only to put it off? By establishing a goal with a time frame you hold yourself accountable to your own health. Isn't it time to start living a healthier life---not tomorrow or next week or next year, but right now? We know you can do it, we're here to help!

Need something to keep you cool while you work on making your dreams a reality? We have just the invisible cooling vest for you!
