About the CoolSleeve66 Cooling Packs
Each CoolSleeve comes with our CoolSleeve66 cooling packs, a slim 7" x 2.5" PCM pack designed to fit perfectly in the sleeve pocket without bulk. They freeze at 66-70°F (19-21°C), so they're cool and comfortable against your skin, never painfully ice-cold. Do not place in the freezer as this will make the packs too rigid and uncomfortable.
