I can easily last 2 hours!
I am an avid tennis player in the Chicago area (USA), where it can get hot in the summers - 80 to 90+ F (26 - 32 C). Since getting an UnderCool 3 with ExtendedCool Cooling Packs, I can easily last 2 hours, whereas I could only do 1 hour at the most. I will definitely continue using this in hot weather and highly recommend it to anybody suffering from heat sensitivity.
