About the CoolSleeve66 Cooling Packs
The CoolSleeve works with our CoolSleeve66 cooling packs, slim 7" x 2.5" PCM packs that sit directly over the radial artery at your wrist and forearm.
Think of it like a heat exchanger: the packs pull heat out of the blood flowing through the artery, and your body circulates that cooled blood back through your entire system, bringing your core temperature down from the inside out and cooling you head to toe.
They freeze at 66-70°F (19-21°C) for comfortable, skin-safe cooling, never painfully ice-cold. Recharge in ice water (15 min), the fridge (45 min), or the freezer (60 min). Learn more in our cooling pack guide.
