About the Patented FlexCool66 Cooling Packs
The Headband works with our patented FlexCool66 cooling packs, featuring a dual-sided design: a PCM side for cooling and a water side that keeps the pack soft, flexible, and comfortable against your skin.
Think of it like a heat exchanger: the packs pull heat out of the blood flowing beneath your forehead, and your body circulates that cooled blood back through your entire system, bringing your core temperature down from the inside out and cooling you head to toe.
They freeze at 66°F (19°C) for comfortable, skin-safe cooling, never painfully ice-cold.
Important: do not place in the freezer, the water layer will freeze solid, making the pack stiff. Recharge in ice water (20 min) or the fridge (60 min). Learn more in our cooling pack guide.
