"Hi everybody, it's Julia from ThermAppearl. We're going to talk about returns and exchanges today There's two easy ways, it's easy peasy fast to do a return or exchange. Maybe you have the wrong size, or you want to upgrade to the next bundle or the vest just isn't working for you and you want to do a return. Anyway, way we can help you out, what you want to do is just give us a call 855-232-7233... 855-232-7233. Just give us a call and we'll find out if you need to do a return or an exchange and we'll either send you the exchange form, or we will send you the return form. So a couple of tips to do an exchange, you want to make sure to take all the cooling packs out of your vest. Take them out of the vest, put them in your fridge or freezer, don't mail them back to us. If you mail them back to us, we're just going to turn around and mail them right back to you. And the other thing with exchange, make sure you close the velcro so it doesn't snag the vest in any way and then just fold it up nice and neat. Not like I just did. Fold it up nice and neat, fill out your return form or your exchange form and send the vest and the exchange form back to us in a padded envelope. Then to do a return, you can leave the cooling packs in the vest, that's fine, or you can take them out whatever is easier. But make sure that you, same thing, close the velcro on the front of the vest so that it's doesn't snag anything, then you want to make sure you get everything that was in your order. So your vest, if you have to vests, all of your cooling packs, and put them into a box and mail that back to us with the return form. So most people need to do an exchange or a return because they ordered the wrong size. So sizing is really important. It's all based on your natural waist. And if you get a size that's too big, give us a call. We're happy to help get you the right size because you need the right size to get the optimum cooling out of it.
