HOW TO SWITCH PACKS IN THE 3.0 VEST GARMENT

 

3.0 Tips:

  1. Lift your shirt up and have someone else pull the depleted cooling packs out and replace them with fresh new cooling packs.
  2. Put the depleted Cooling Packs in ice water for a quick 30 min refreeze!

  3. Continue to switch and refreeze as needed and keep your day going.

3.0 Tips if you are by yourself:

  1. Slip your arms out of the straps.
  2. Slide the vest around so the cooling packs are on your tummy.
  3. Easily pull out the depleted packs and switch with fresh new cooling packs.
  4. Put the depleted Cooling Packs in ice water for a quick 30 min refreeze!

  5. Continue to switch and refreeze as needed and keep your day going.

  1. Wear your vest inside out so the opening to the packs is facing away from your body. 
  2. Lift your shirt up and have someone else pull the depleted packs out and replace with fresh new packs.
  3. Put the depleted Cooling Packs in ice water for a quick 30 min refreeze!
